Terms & Conditions

• Once your block has been purchased and officially published, it cannot be altered. Please make sure that the image and site that you wish to link to is absolutely correct from the start.



• The images that you wish to use along with the site you link to cannot obtain obscene or offensive material. I reserve the right to deny ads that I feel are not suitable for this site. In the event that your ad is not accepted, I will refund your money and your block area will again be open for others to purchase.



• You agree and acknowledge that you have full rights to use the material that you will be submitting to be published on this site.



• To be clear, by purchasing a block you are buying the right to display your ad on this site within the appropriate block area. You are not purchasing an ownership to this site.



• The letter or number that you choose for each block that you purchase cannot be changed.



• Submissions to guess the ‘Million Dollar Term” will begin upon all 10,000 blocks being sold.



• The person who has all of the necessary characters and has successfully guessed the million dollar term will win the rights to display a large ad within the reserved area on the homepage.



• Should you wish to resell your characters, there is a $50 fee to make it official as it must be accepted by myself to be considered valid. I will only begin to accept and process these types of requests once all 10,000 blocks have been sold. The person you resell your character to can only be an existing participant.



• In the event that the winner is more than one party as a result of people agreeing to combine characters, the party will equally share the advertising spot. Should the group be unable to agree on an ideal way to share this spot, I will come up with a maximum of five proposals and the group must choose one within 30 days or I will make the decision for the group.



• If the winner or winners decide to sell their winning spot instead to an outside party, the ad must adhere to the same guidelines as everyone else. This transaction would also need to be approved by myself and be completed within 30 days of correctly guessing the term.



• While the intent is to keep this site running for as long as possible with a minimum commitment of 5 years, there may be occasional downtimes due to server upgrades or heavy traffic to the site.
